Al Plan de Mareo – that’s the name of the village in Ladin, the language that goes back to the Romans and is still spoken today. San Vigilio di Marebbe has 1200 inhabitants and is located in a side valley of the Val Badia, which puts it right in the middle of the Dolomites.
